The students at Bethel School range in age from 6 years old to 17, many of whom would otherwise lack access to an education if not for the continuing support of contributors around the world ensuring tuition, food, clothing, school books and other essentials are covered. I did not meet the teachers on this trip (2016) but I did last year (2017) and discovered the passion for education is alive and well in Leogane, Haiti.

Even after a large lunch, trepidations remained as students began to line up outside the classrooms where the ATR doctors had set up their stations.  Fortunately, they would find the clinician's bedside manner a joy to be around, if only in hindsight.
